+## Use Explicit Conditional Rendering
+
+Use explicit ternary operators (`? :`) instead of `&&` for conditional rendering when the condition can be `0`, `NaN`, or other falsy values that render.
+
+**Incorrect (renders "0" when count is 0):**
+
